A wet basement can come from a dozen different sources, and we trace yours back to the real cause before recommending any fix.
Chronic wet basements are rarely caused by just one thing, which is exactly why single-service contractors so often leave the problem half-solved. Our diagnostic process checks grading, drainage, and crack condition together before recommending a fix.
We check walls, floor, grading, gutters, and window wells before recommending a repair, not just the spot where you noticed water.
Our technicians know the common wet-basement patterns specific to Lewisburg, OH construction styles and soil conditions.
We break down each component of the fix so you understand what you're paying for and why it's included.
Between drain tile, sump systems, crack injection, and exterior grading, we can address nearly any wet basement cause without bringing in a second contractor.
Every Lewisburg, OH Wet Basement Repair job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
We use moisture meters, visual inspection, and a review of exterior grading and gutters to identify every contributing water source, not just the obvious one.
This is the most common fix for Lewisburg, OH basements with a consistently high water table.
Active wall cracks get epoxy or polyurethane injection as part of a comprehensive wet basement repair, sealed and classified before we move to other work.
We correct grading and extend downspouts as part of the full repair scope where the inspection points that direction.
We coordinate with mold remediation specialists when visible growth is already present, since that's outside our own scope.
That history helps us prioritize what to check first during the on-site visit.
We don't stop at the first obvious cause — chronic wet basements often have more than one contributing factor.
We explain the reasoning behind each recommendation so the plan makes sense, not just a list of line items.
We're available to reassess if conditions change after a major storm, since Lewisburg, OH weather can be unpredictable.
